The In-Built scrubber has been specifically designed to suit the Hamilton range of fume cupboards.
Optimum performance is obtained by ensuring full coverage of the filter medium with high pressure spray nozzles, which effectively dilute the acids.
Hamilton incorporate a demister pad, which minimizes the quantity of air born particles.
A re-circulating tank is located in the fume cupboard support frame where the highly effective pump circulates the water through the system.If a Dosing system is required to reduce the ph levels, Hamilton can provide a cost effective solution. |

Induced Turbulence Fume Scrubbers are used where space is at a premium. The vertical construction minimizes the amount of floor space required. The Unit is Self contained, ready for connection and can be manufactured from uPVC or polypropylene.

WC Series Induced Turbulance Scrubber

Wet Cell Fume Scrubbers, Horizontal type, consists of 12 standard units with capacities ranging from 250 to 5500 litres per second. There is a broad selection of filter, scrubbing pad and eliminator blade arrangements.
Recirculating or total loss versions can be manufactured from uPVC or polypropylene.

Packed Tower Scrubbers

Hamilton Australia now manufactures a range of large dia Packed Tower Scrubbers in a range of materials, UPVC/GRP, PPH/GRP or High Density Polyethylene all are generally suitable for most aggressive situations. These Scrubbers are designed and manufactured in our Brisbane factory, all fully welded construction and able to withstand Australia's harsh weather conditions.
