H Series Fume Cupboard

The original Hamilton H Series fume cupboard was introduced in 1977. Its design has been upgraded a number of times and it remains the most commonly used fume cupboard in Queensland.

"H Series" fume cupboards are:
•    Fully compliant with the latest Australian standards.
•    Aerodynamically designed for efficient airflow to help create a safe working environment for the user.
•    Matched with the Hamilton range of chemical exhaust fans and duct-work to ensure quiet and efficient operation.
•    Sash – smooth sliding, counter balanced, 6mm toughened glass (Other sash material options available are: Polycarbonate - uPVC – Acrylic)
•    Work Surfaces - a wide range of work-surfaces are available – fixed or removable. Options include 16mm thick solid Laboratory Grade Laminate, Solid Laboratory Grade Epoxy (25mm fixed or 16mm lift-out) u PVC, PVDF, Stainless Steel, Polypropylene, Heat and Chemical resistant ceramic tile.
•    Bench Mounting & Underbench Storage - are available as either bench or floor mounted models. The cupboard is designed to purposely overhang a "standard" 750mm wide bench/support cabinet to allow operation without obstruction.  Floor mounted fume cupboards are supplied with height adjustable feet.
•    Underbench Storage – the fume cupboard support stand is completed with doors and plenty of space of storage
•    Lighting - all Hamilton cupboards are designed to achieve a minimum of 400 lux at the work-surface
•    Power – double power points (GPO’s) can be fitted on request
•    Fittings – a range of optional Laboratory fittings (eg gas, water, vacuum etc) can be fitted on request
•    Sinks - Hamilton offers sinks in a variety of shapes and sizes. They can be made from Polypropylene, 316 grade Stainless Steel Sink, Ceramic, Solid Laboratory Grade Epoxy, uPVC,
•    Carbon / Hepa Filtration - Hamilton Australia can provide a wide variety of Carbon and HEPA filters to suit various applications where a clean discharge into the environment is required.

Custom Sized Units & Configurations
Hamilton H Series fume cupboards may be manufactured to suit any size or configuration that a particular application may require.
•    Walk-in units which are floor mounted to allow the operator to walk in to the cupboard to perform the experiment
•    Suspended units which are ceiling suspended with an open bottom to allow experimental equipment to be wheeled under the unit
•    Double-sided, triple-sided or quad-sided units (doors to two, three and four sides respectively)
•    Demonstration units with clear panels to the sides
•    Multiple levels of Fume Extraction
•    Wide variety of construction materials to handle special chemical or heat resistance needs.
